The right support/ boost power depends on your individual weight, need and physical condition. generally, we recommend approx. 15% of your body weight per leg. It's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the appropriate support force to aid in your mobility or recovery. The duration you can wear the Active Knee Brace may vary based on your medical condition, personal comfort and the recommendation of your healthcare provider. However, it's designed for extended wear during day-to-day activities and different sports.

Yes, the Active Knee Brace is made of washable materials. For best care, remove all metal parts(springs and aluminum hinges) and hand wash in cold water with mild soap, then air dry. Do not leave in direct sunlight.

Yes, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can replace it according to our Return policy/Warranty terms, provided it’s in new condition.

A. Please read carefully:

Each spring has 3 holding points: top, center and bottom.
The spring is held very tight and secure. You will need to use some force to
remove it. If needed, get the help of another person.

Please notice and remember (if needed take a picture) the location of the strap
holder/strap on the spring tips before removing the springs. When inserting the
springs to the brace please remember to place and return the strap holder/strap
to their exact place on the spring tips.

B. Spring removal sequence:

1.⁠ ⁠Streach the brace to detach the spring from the top holder.

2.⁠ ⁠Pull and slide the spring out through the center holder.

3.⁠ ⁠Remove the spring.

C. Spring insert sequence:

1. Slide the spring tip through the center holder all the way into the bottom holder.

2. Stretch the brace and insert the spring tip into the top holder.

3. Make sure the spring is in place and held tight in the top, center and bottom holders. Please ensure that the strap
holder/strap is repositioned correctly on the spring when reassembling.
