Return and Exchange Policy

Nubrace are committed to your full satisfaction and wellness. If the product doesn't meet your expectations or fit correctly, we're prepared to assist with a return, provided it falls within our return guidelines.

To Initiate a Return:

  • Enter your order number on our returns page to generate a prepaid shipping label.
  • Your order number is located in your confirmation email or on your package's packing slip.

Our Policy:

  • Returns must be in new condition, tried on only for fit, and include all original parts and packaging.
  • A small fee for the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund, or you    can use your label.
  • Items must be sent back within 45 days from the purchase date.
  • Processing of returns and exchanges is typically done within 1-3 business days, with refunds taking up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
  • We refund the total product cost and applicable taxes; initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our shipping error. In such cases, contact our customer service with your order details for a seamless resolution.
