First place the brace on a flat surface hold the top and bottom plastic holders.
Gently pull to release the spring.
Next Slide the spring out of the middle holder and pull it free from the bottom hole
Down slide the straps off the spring and remember their position for reinstallation
Take the new spring and slide the straps back on.
Now insert the spring into the bottom hole then the upper holder.
Finally click it securely into the middle holder.
That's it your brace is ready to power up your movement again.
