We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 90 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
● A return request must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product. Email us at Office@nubraces.com to request a return shipping address and instructions.
● Returned items must be in new condition, with no visible signs of use beyond initial fitting.
● All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
We cannot issue refunds for products showing signs of extended use or damage.
Refund Details
● The product cost will be refunded to the original card.
● Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Return Shipping
● Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
● Incomplete returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the retail cost of missing accessories.
Clearance and Faulty Items
● Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
● Faulty items will be replaced (if in stock) or fully refunded.
● To report a faulty item, contact us at Office@nubraces.com within 30 days of purchase for return instructions.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund. This may occur due to stock availability or other unforeseen reasons.
