Nubrace works in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Brace Placement

To begin, place the open brace on the back of your knee. Close the top part securely but not too tightly. Ensure that your kneecap is centered and not covered by the brace's fabric

Step 2

Straps Closure

Now, close the bottom part of the brace, making sure it's snug but not overly tight. Confirm that your kneecap remains centered. Next, insert the top wide strap into its loop and tighten it (strap no. 1). Insert the bottom wide strap into its loop and tighten it (strap no. 2). Finally, insert the top narrow strap into its loop without overtightening (strap no. 3), followed by the bottom narrow strap (strap no. 4).

Step 3

Final Adjustment

For the final step, ensure that you've correctly followed all the previous instructions. Double-check the placement and tightness of the brace and straps. On the sides of the shield, you'll find two loops. Gently pull these loops upward to help the brace sit securely in place. Tighten
the two back elastic straps (no. 5 and 6) for the brace optimal
performance. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure comfort and proper support. Remember, the brace should feel supportive without causing any discomfort

Post-surgery, the Nubrace active knee brace sped up myrecovery remarkably. It provided the needed support andstability, helping regain confidence in moving around. A truecompanion in my recovery journey.
